If you have any problems with products try these steps:

  1. Read "READ ME" notecard, which come with every product. If you didn't read it yet, you can find there some answers for your questions.
  2. Try to search your answer in FAQ info. We are still filling it up by frequently asked questions.
  3. Drop to Moebius Cooljoke an IM within Second Life and i will get back to you as soon as i can to try to help. I'm in Second Life usually daily, so if i'm offline just leave me a message (explaining your problem, not merely saying “Hello” or “Help!”). Remember that Second Life can occasionally lose IMs sent to people who are offline, so it may be advisable to send a notecard, which also allows more scope to clearly explain your problem or question).
